Everybody believes in something and everybody, by virtue of the fact that they believe in something, uses that something to support their own existence.

Self Help: Resources

Over the years, we have discovered many resources that can be valuable to people as they engage with the business of improving themselves. What follows is a list of these resources, most of which are books. It is by no means comprehensive – of course there are many helpful things we have not read or tried! Nor do we endorse everything contained within these resources. We have had some of these books on our shelves for years, and some of the ISBN numbers listed may be for versions of the book that are now out of print.
If you have an updated reference for a book, please let us know, or if you have a favourite book or resource that you would like to suggest we list, please speak to your therapist about it, or send an email to resources@bridgepsych.com. Our therapists will read and review it for inclusion on the list in due course.
