Underground
Take Jubilee or City branch of the Northern Line to London Bridge.
From the tube, take the Borough High Street exit, then up the escalator to your left (not the stairs). This will deposit you on Borough High Street, where you will see the HSBC Bank, right across the street, slightly to your left.

Overground
Take Bus or Rail to London Bridge station.
From the Rail/Bus station-forecourt take the left hand side approach road down the hill and turn left at the junction down Borough High Street.
You will see an HSBC bank in the middle of the road.

Generally
Cross the street to the HSBC Bank and turn left. You will pass a little alleyway (do not go down it!), and just after on your right, you'll see a pair of long black doors. This is 30 Borough High Street.

The black door will be open onto a small entryway. On the left wall of the entry way, you'll see a row of buzzers. Ours is marked Bridge Psychotherapy. Press the buzzer for entry. We're on the top floor.

By Car
The nearest car parking is the NCP multi-storey on Snowsfields SE1 (on the South side of Guys Hospital).
From Borough High Street take Long Lane going East, turn 2nd left into Crosby Row and then right into Snowsfields. Entrance is first right on Kipling St. (see www.ncp.co.uk)
Walk back along Newcomen St and turn right up Borough High St.

Arriving early
If you are ahead of time, therapists may be engaged with clients and unable to answer your 'buzz'. As we do not have a waiting area we ask that you wait in one of the many local cafes until the time of your appointment.Top of the page
